30-Day Free Returns
We proudly offer free returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products should be unused or gently tried on.
- Items should be returned with original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized jewelry
- Items damaged through misuse
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
Exchanges
If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the package
Return Shipping
Return shipping is completely free for eligible returns.
